2011 Summer Enrollment Packet

 AGE OF STUDENTS:

  Children age 5 (entering Kindergarten) through children aged 12 (entering sixth grade) can can attend The Prep School Academy’s Summer Program.

 

 HOURS and ATTENDANCE SCHEDULE:

  The Prep School Academy is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

  Children Children can attend either full days or half days.

  Children can attend 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, or 2 days per week.

  Children can attend between one week and eleven weeks (which is the whole summer).

If your child attends the whole summer (all eleven weeks), your tuition will not exceed $550.00 per month**.

   Otherwise, you will be billed on a weekly basis based on the rates listed above.

 

There will be an extra fee for the CLUBS marked with an “*”. This fee is between $5.00 and $8.00 per CLUB per week.

 

There will be a “schedule change” fee of $10.00 per change, if changes need to be made to your child’s schedule.

 

Siblings receive discounts! Second child receives 25% off. Third child receives 35% off. Fourth child receives 50% off.

 

 

 

 ENROLLMENT FEE DEADLINES:

 

Between Monday, February 7th and Friday, April 22nd, there will be an Enrollment Fee of $50.00. This enrollment fee will be credited to your child’s first week of attendance in the Summer Program, if you meet this deadline.

 

Between Monday, April 25th and Friday, May 13th, there will be an Enrollment Fee of $50.00. This enrollment fee will not be credited to your child’s first week of attendance in the Summer Program and is non-refundable.

EA  EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:

 

If  If you enroll before Friday, February 25th, you will ALSO receive $20.00 towards any extra fees for CLUBS or Academy lunches.

 

** If you are a family who was enrolled in our first through fourth grade program in Fall 2010 (“founding family”) AND if your child attends the whole summer (all eleven weeks), your tuition will not exceed $500.00 per month. Otherwise, you will be billed on a weekly basis based on the rates listed above.

 
Note: Any CLUB subject to cancellation in the event of low interest.
